Optispark rebuild service LT-1 distributor refurbish reconditioning

Description

This is a reconditioning service to be performed on your OEM optispark.  I will disassemble, clean and remove any grease, dirt or corrosion.  A new bearing will be installed along with an MSD cap and rotor kit.  All components will be tested including the Mitsubishi optical sensor.  The assembly will be leak tested to guarantee no oil or moisture can get inside.  I also include a new ventilation system to guarantee the proper air flow through the distributor.

Depending on the condition of your optispark, I may replace components with others that I have on hand.  I do not charge any additional fees for any reason. One common reason to abandon your supplied parts is broken screws in the aluminum base plate.  It is time consuming to drill them out and re-tap, so I may elect to use one that I have.
In the unlikely event that your Mitusbishi sensor can not be cleaned and restored to perfect health, I will return your unit and refund your purchase including shipping.  This is very rare.
I have been rebuilding optisparks for 4 years and have completed over 1000 units.  I have experienced very few issues with the optisparks themselves. I will record a video of your optispark operating on my bench and include my email address on the box so that you can request the video.  Contact information exchange is always an issue, so this is a robust method to guarantee the video can get to you.
I also offer to test/repair/refresh this Optispark for as long as you own your LT1 at no charge.
