NEW HEBRIDES 1000 Francs 1970, P-20a PMG 66 EPQ Gem UNC, Postal Vinay - ClappierA very scarce type- with only about 300,000 notes printed and issued (C.1 to E.1 prefix range). This is the first signature variety for the type. The final signature variety for this type is commonly encountered, while the first is quite rare in any and all grades. An important French Pacific type.
