Items that are not installed, opened or used may be returned within 14 days (under authorized conditions and designated RGA#) for a partial refund minus the actual shipping cost incurred by Hearth Home co Warehouse and up to a 20% restocking fee may apply.
All the incurred return shipping cost will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will need to be paid by the purchaser, any goods returned with freight or postage bills collect charges will be refused and not accepted by our warehouse. The original freight cost covering the goods shipment to the purchaser is not refundable for any reason.
If you claim the part arrived damaged in the original package the package must not be opened or altered in order to be able to send the part back for an inspection and exchange.
Previously opened packages will not be accepted for returns at the warehouse. Parts that have been installed or used in any way will not be accepted for refunds of any type. Please also note that there can be no returns or refunds given on any electrical parts we offer and warranty parts must be sent in for full inspection before additional warranty replacement parts will be sent by Hearth Home Co Warehouse. ALL return items will need to have a Returned Good Authorization RGA number with the shipment being sent back in order to be accepted for return.
