For your consideration is an antique 4.5”Dial Chelsea Ship's Clock Screw Bezel Circa 1930-1934. SN206049
USC&GS No. H 88 engraved on it. “USC&GS History

I got it from an Estate Sale, the clock is ticking continuously but it doesn’t have been serviced.
No original Key is included .
